Lieue de Greve

(the 'mile of Greve')

The beautiful sandy bay of Lieue de Greve (literally the 'mile of Greve') is over a mile (yes a mile!) of fantastic golden sand.  It is just one of the many popular beaches on this 10 mile or so stretch of coastline which is locally known as the St.Tropez of Brittany!  Ty Bihen is only 5 miles from this beautiful bay which is popular for all sorts of sports including the very exciting sand yachting.  The bay is sandwiched between the well known towns of Plestin les Greves and St.Michel en Greve, both offering restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets and more!  Click on the photos below for views of the bay.
